T.W. Ogg Elementary, Brazosport ISD
This new 93,550 sf elementary school is located in Clute, Texas. This structure incorporated new principal and staff administration offices, restrooms, classrooms, auditorium and lunch room, full kitchen, library and numerous outdoor play structures. Sterling delivered the entire $150 million bond program.
Steenbergen Middle School Lamar Consolidated ISD
Sterling Structures completed the construction of a new middle school for Lamar Consolidated ISD. This new $32 million dollar facility included new admin, classrooms, music/band rooms, and a new gymnasium. The project was completed under budget and on schedule.
Pasadena Administration Facility
This new 125,000 sf administration building was constructed for Pasadena ISD. This new three story tilt-wall structure included district executive offices a new school board dias and chambers, staff training rooms, restrooms, district management offices, grand two story entry rotunda, chiller yard, Pasadena ISD police headquarters, and exterior monument honor walls.
Bender HS Conversion to City of Humble Fine Arts Auditorium
This award-winning project was a renovation project of an existing 1929 structure where we converted the old Bender High School auditorium to a new Civic Center for the City of Humble. This project was awarded a 2016 Landmark Award for a historical renovation, a 2016 Houston Business Journal award for an historical renovation, a preservation Houston 2016 Good Brick Award and a 2016 AGC Apex award.
O.M. Roberts Elementary School, Brazosport ISD
This new 95,880 sf elementary school is located in Lake Jackson, Texas. This structure included new principal and staff offices, classrooms, breakroom, restrooms, stage and lunch room, full kitchen, library, conference rooms, and outdoor play structures.

Bess Brannen Elementary, Brazosport ISD
This new 95,880 sf elementary school is located in Lake Jackson, Texas. This structure included new principal and staff offices, classrooms, restrooms, breakroom, auditorium and lunch room, conference rooms, full kitchen, library and numerous outdoor play structures. Sterling delivered the entire $150 million bond program.
Jane Long Elementary School, Brazosport ISD
This new 86,500 sf elementary school is located in Richmond, Texas. This structures included new principal and staff offices, classrooms, teacher breakroom and workrooms, restrooms, stage and lunch room, full kitchen, library, conference rooms, and outdoor play structures.
Mennonite Church, Houston, Texas
This new wood framed groundup church structure was constructed next door to the existing facility where a tip of both new and old roof structures joined. Once the new structure was completed the old church was demolished and a new retention pond was dug incorporating play structures around the perimeters.
Tomball ISD Agriculture Facility
Sterling has constructed many pre-engineered metal building school structures. This new 35,890 SF ag facility incorporated staff offices, classrooms, instruction areas, overhead doors, animal pens, trench drains, wash down and feeding areas, and a full riding corral.
New K-12 Shiner ISD School Facility, Shiner, Texas
This new pre-engineered structure incorporated kindergarten through high school all under one roof. It included a full gymnasium, kitchen, stage, classrooms, and administration. The unique front entrance port-o-cochere was designed from the roof top of a grain silo.
Friendswood Community Church Friendswood, Texas
This new ground up church facility culminated from three contracts delivered over a five year span. The first phase consisted of a pre-engineered sanctuary, classroom, and administration facility. The second phase included a three story classroom and large gathering facility. The last phase enlarged the parking lot and site storm utilities.
Aransas ISD Bond Program
Sterling Structures completed the Aransas I.S.D. bond program in August 2014. The bond program consisted of a new elementary school, new additions & renovations of the existing elementary school, new science classrooms & renovations to the existing culinary arts facility. These projects were delivered via CM@Risk and JOC.
Harmony School of Excellence
Sterling has completed numerous interior school renovations. This school renovation project began with a complete interior demolition of a former light industrial business facility with storage and manufacturing areas. The old truck dock was removed and infilled with concrete. The building interior received new MEP, fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems. A new single ply roof was installed. The interior finishes included administration offices, teachers’ workrooms, and breakrooms, kitchen and lunchroom, restrooms, and classrooms with labs.
