Regis School Of The Sacred Heart
This award-winning facility was constructed on an occupied campus. It included a gymnasium, stage, band and choir rooms, and numerous classrooms.
Kerr HS Fine Arts, Alief ISD
This new tilt-wall auditorium included a grand entry with arts presentation gallery sloped floor seating to a performance stage with sound and lighting systems. Band practice and choir performance training rooms were included.
T.W. Ogg Elementary, Brazosport ISD
This new 93,550 sf elementary school is located in Clute, Texas. This structure incorporated new principal and staff administration offices, restrooms, classrooms, auditorium and lunch room, full kitchen, library and numerous outdoor play structures. Sterling delivered the entire $150 million bond program.
Steenbergen Middle School Lamar Consolidated ISD
Sterling Structures completed the construction of a new middle school for Lamar Consolidated ISD. This new $32 million dollar facility included new admin, classrooms, music/band rooms, and a new gymnasium. The project was completed under budget and on schedule.
Pasadena Administration Facility
This new 125,000 sf administration building was constructed for Pasadena ISD. This new three story tilt-wall structure included district executive offices a new school board dias and chambers, staff training rooms, restrooms, district management offices, grand two story entry rotunda, chiller yard, Pasadena ISD police headquarters, and exterior monument honor walls.
New Public Safety Building, City of Iowa Colony
This new two-story structure incorporated a grand entrance, city hall, council chamber, tax offices, city administration offices, training rooms, police headquarters, and detention holding cells.
Cameron NATCO Research Center
This 30,000 sf building includes laboratory, product testing areas, training rooms and offices for 30 engineers. Winner of a 2010 APEX award in the Plant/Industrial category.
Port Freeport Administration Building
The new three story tilt-wall facility includes a 20,000 S.F. administration building wth new board room, administration and engineering department offices.
Bender HS Conversion to City of Humble Fine Arts Auditorium
This award-winning project was a renovation project of an existing 1929 structure where we converted the old Bender High School auditorium to a new Civic Center for the City of Humble. This project was awarded a 2016 Landmark Award for a historical renovation, a 2016 Houston Business Journal award for an historical renovation, a preservation Houston 2016 Good Brick Award and a 2016 AGC Apex award.
O.M. Roberts Elementary School, Brazosport ISD
This new 95,880 sf elementary school is located in Lake Jackson, Texas. This structure included new principal and staff offices, classrooms, breakroom, restrooms, stage and lunch room, full kitchen, library, conference rooms, and outdoor play structures.

Bess Brannen Elementary, Brazosport ISD

Jane Long Elementary School, Brazosport ISD
This new 86,500 sf elementary school is located in Richmond, Texas. This structures included new principal and staff offices, classrooms, teacher breakroom and workrooms, restrooms, stage and lunch room, full kitchen, library, conference rooms, and outdoor play structures.
Mennonite Church, Houston, Texas
This new wood framed groundup church structure was constructed next door to the existing facility where a tip of both new and old roof structures joined. Once the new structure was completed the old church was demolished and a new retention pond was dug incorporating play structures around the perimeters.
Progressive High School Renovation for Fort Bend ISD
This colorful interiors project began as an existing retail store that was converted into a special high school facility with many creative, unique, and attractive learning spaces.
Tomball ISD Agriculture Facility
Sterling has constructed many pre-engineered metal building school structures. This new 35,890 SF ag facility incorporated staff offices, classrooms, instruction areas, overhead doors, animal pens, trench drains, wash down and feeding areas, and a full riding corral.
Lamar Administration Building Renovation, Lamar CISD
This renovation project included the removal of the entire exterior storefront window system and was replaced with a new storefront window system while the occupants remained in their offices.
New K-12 Shiner ISD School Facility, Shiner, Texas
This new pre-engineered structure incorporated kindergarten through high school all under one roof. It included a full gymnasium, kitchen, stage, classrooms, and administration. The unique front entrance port-o-cochere was designed from the roof top of a grain silo.
Alief Administrative Building
Three-phase renovation of district executive offices, including board room and cafeteria. This facility was occupied during renovation.
Bay-IBI Group Architects New Office Space
Sterling Structures completed the successful office build-out for Bay-IBI Group Architects.
New Technology Center Goose Creek ISD
Sterling Structures constructed a new technology facility for Goose Creek ISD. In addition, we renovated their existing technology facility with state of the art demountable partitions over computer flooring.
Crystal Beach Fire/EMS Facility
This building is a one-story tilt-wall structure, which is the headquarters for EMS and Fire Services for Crystal Beach.
Canyon Pointe Elementary School
This new ground-up, 96,000 sf elementary school was constructed for Tomball ISD and was completed in less than 12 months.
International Paint Warehouse
Construction of a new 9,000 SF pre-engineered / tilt-wall hybrid warehouse building.
Texas CMO
This new two story 28,000 S.F. steel frame structure was constructed as a shell office building. This project is LEED certified.
Tomball ISD Administration Building
This replication and replacement project included demolition of the 1937 original administration building, with many architectural features salvaged for reuse in the new building.
College of Healthcare Professionals, Houston, Texas
This interior buildout began with demolition of an existing fifth floor existing building. The final project incorporated new classrooms, lecture areas, and administration offices.
Friendswood Community Church Friendswood, Texas
This new ground up church facility culminated from three contracts delivered over a five year span. The first phase consisted of a pre-engineered sanctuary, classroom, and administration facility. The second phase included a three story classroom and large gathering facility. The last phase enlarged the parking lot and site storm utilities.
Aransas ISD Bond Program
Sterling Structures completed the Aransas I.S.D. bond program in August 2014. The bond program consisted of a new elementary school, new additions & renovations of the existing elementary school, new science classrooms & renovations to the existing culinary arts facility. These projects were delivered via CM@Risk and JOC.
Harmony School of Excellence
Sterling has completed numerous interior school renovations. This school renovation project began with a complete interior demolition of a former light industrial business facility with storage and manufacturing areas. The old truck dock was removed and infilled with concrete. The building interior received new MEP, fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems. A new single ply roof was installed. The interior finishes included administration offices, teachers’ workrooms, and breakrooms, kitchen and lunchroom, restrooms, and classrooms with labs.
Bear Creek Baptist Church, Houston, Texas
This new two-story addition incorporated large gathering areas and new classrooms.
