Safety

Sterling remains committed to the safety and welfare of our clients, architectural team, and construction personnel.

This commitment has resulted in no workers comp claims and zero lost time recordable accidents in the last 10 years. This commitment has led to no serious or repeat OSHA citations in the history of our firm. In addition, we have never had a fatality nor summoned an ambulance to the jobsite in the history of our firm.

All of our field supervisors are OSHA 30 certified with additional CPR, and First Aid, competent person, fall, and excavation training. We are proud of our safe jobsite image and will endeavor to continue making this a priority for our firm.
