Sterling Structures has finished 14th out of 100 in the 2018 Aggie 100 fastest growing Aggie owned firms. This is the fourth time that Sterling Structures made the top 100, and its highest finish.
Sterling Structures had another record year of a 0% loss ratio regarding workers compensation claims in 2024. In fact, this makes it ten (10) years in a row of 0% losses qualifying them for not only a 2024 regular renewal safety bonus from Compgroup/AGC, but an additional super bonus for being included in the “Best of the Best” contractors in the State of Texas.

- Preservation Houston 2016 Good Brick Award for the Rehabilitation and re-use of Bender High School (1929), 2016 AGC Apex Award for City of Humble Bender High School, 2016 Landmark Award for Historical Renovation City of Humble Bender High School, and 2016 Houston Business Journal Historical Renovation City of Humble Bender High School.
- 2014 AMCH Golden Trowel Award Educational Facility (K-12) The Regis School of the Sacred Heart, and 2014 AGC Apex Award for the Regis School of Sacred Heart.
- 2012 AMCH Golden Trowel Honor Award Educational Facility (K-12) Tomball ISD Administration Building; and
- 2010 AGC Apex Award for NATCO Research and Development Center.
